The teacher in question has falsely been accused although he was not even
present when the alleged incident took place of chain snatching and
robbing of money happened. He works as teacher in the local govt
school.

In the complaint, intervention of the Human Rights Commission has been sought seeking an
inquiry into the facts of the case and examination of all the papers of the
case pending which all police action be stopped to protect the civil
rights of the teacher who has falsely been implicated. The perusal of the enclosed documents reveals that the Alakh Niranjan Pandey has falsely been framed in the case.

The complaint has been filed by Gopal Krishna, Member, Citizens Forum for Civil Liberties (CFCL) who has been an applicant with the Supreme Court, NHRC, parliamentary committees and UN bodies.. Copies of the complaint has been sent to Justice Mandhata Singh, Member, BHRC, Neelmani, Member, BHRC, Dr. Nirmal Kumar Azad, I.G.P., Shiv Kumar Jha, Superintendent of Police, BHRC and Satya Veer Singh, Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur.
