UNITED MARCH AGAINST DADRI KILLING AND AGAINST THE RISING TIDE OF COMMUNAL FASCISM IN THE COUNTRY | TODAY 11 OCTOBER, 2 PM

PRESS INVITE

United March Against Dadri Killing and Against The Rising Tide of Communal Fascism In The Country

11 October, Sunday, 2 PM onwards
From Mandi House to Prime Minister's House

Several democratic and justice-loving groups, organizations and individuals have come together to organize an United March in the wake of the recent Dadri killing and the rising tide of Communal Fascism in the country. The Dadri incident was a planned attack, which is part of the larger process of fascist communalization taking place across the country. Such incidents are increasing day by day, and are likely to get worse in the coming days, with specific targeting of minorities, as part of the ruling party's plan. The state governments and regional parties have also been proven to be complicit by either direct role or by their inaction when in power during communal riots and campaigns.

It is even more disturbing that Central Ministers instead of condemning the heinous crime have sought to justify or downplay the gravity of the incident by terming it as an 'accident'. The Prime Minister has said too late and too little about the incident.

In this context several organisations, groups and individuals have come together to organize an United Protest March on the 11thOctober (Sunday) at 2 PM from Mandi House to PM House.

We request to friends in the media to cover the event with their reporters and camera-persons.
