Felani Khatun killing & mockery of justice

Felani Khatun was killed by Indian border guards, BSF in 7 January 2011, in September 2013, after long dillydallying the BSF's 'Security Court' acquitted the accused of the incident. On 2nd July 2015 a BSF Review 'Court' upheld the previous verdict. In both the proceedings - BSF officer conducted hearing, in camera.
