In d Bolangir district 22nd may a minor 15 yrs innocent poor SC ST girl raped n murdered by so called upper caste bloody Hindus...n bloddy bastards cut off her sensitive parts of body brutally...
But after completion of 16 days still police can't arrest any single suspects...
