Speaking at the conference, Prof N K Choudhary, a well known economist underlined that migration hasn't stopped from Bihar. . He argued based on government's own data. Agriculture has been neglected although three-fourths of the population of the state depends on it. The state is being run by a council of secretaries and the ministers have lost their relevance. He referred to the megalomania of Nitish Kumar who began as a leader of the government, then transformed into government itself and now he is the State.

Member of Parliament, Upendra Singh Kushwaha who is the convener of the Manch was present on the occasion besides several other leaders and dignitaries from Bihar.
