SMP expressed shock over the way the Central Government is dealing with the case of death of Rohith Vemula within the hostel premises of Hydrabad Central University. He expressed that HRD Minister Ms. Samriti Irani and Minister of Labour & Employment Mr. Bandaru Dattatrey are allegedly involved in the suicide/murder of Rohith Vemula but they are still enjoying their positions and power as well as trust of the Prime Minister Mr. Narender Damodar Dass Modi. Even the Prime Minister didn't utter a single word for about 22 days who otherwise is very vocal on petty issues. There are thousands of such cases happened after India got independence because the Fundamental rights provided to the SCs, STs, OBCs & Converted Minorities by Baba Saheb Dr. B. R. Ambedker couldn't be digested by the so called upper castes in this country.

Ref. No. 022/SMP/NL/2016
Date:  3rd of February, 2016.

PRESS – NOTE
"ALL THE THREE WINGS OF GOVERNMENT ARE MANUVADIS, THUS, AGAINST ABORIGINAL INDIGENOUS INDIANS VIZ. SCs, STs, OBCs & CONVERTED MINORITIES"
Social Movement Party (SMP) has organized a "PRESS CONFERENCE" on the issue of "ATROCITIES BY UPPER CASTE POLITICIANS, BUREAUCRATS AND JUDGES ON ABORIGINAL INDIGENOUS INDIANS VIZ. SCs, STs, OBCs & CONVERTED MINORITIES CONSTITUTING 91% OF THE TOTAL POPULATION IN J&K STATE VIS-À-VIS INDIA – A MATTER OF VERY SERIOUS CONCERN" in the Press Club, Jammu on Wednesday, 03-02-2016 at 11:30 a.m. held by its National Secretary - General Mr. Ashok Kumar Basotra.
Mr. Basotra expressed shock over the way the Central Government is dealing with the case of death of Rohith Vemula within the hostel premises of Hydrabad Central University.
Addressing the media persons, Mr. Basotra alleged that the Bureaucracy of India remained always hell bent on to spoil the career of students and future of employees belonging to the Aboriginal Indigenous Indians. Mr. Basotra quoted the examples of Ms. Shashi Karnawat & Mr. Ramesh Thete, the victimized IAS officers of Madhya Pradesh. He also pointed out the matter pertaining to Mr. Umrao Salodia, an IAS officer from Rajasthan who was not promoted to the coveted post of Chief Secretary of the State because of caste prejudice due to which he opted for volunteer retirement in protest and also converted to Islam.
Mr. Basotra also pointed out that as per reliable information from media, only 132 families are occupying the posts of High Court Judges and the Supreme Court of India. He further asserted that there is no provision of 'Collegium' in the Constitution of India, but the Judiciary in India has invented it on their own to get employment for their kiths and kins. Moreover, the so called upper castes are losing political power due to awareness and awakening of large scale population of Aboriginal Indigenous Indians in India, and so, they want to rule by proxy through judiciary to crush the aspirations and expectations of the common masses.  Even the Judiciary, which is one of the three pillars of the Government in a Democracy, is being used in India by Manuwadi forces as a very effective tool to perpetuate injustice against Aboriginal Indigenous Indians viz. SCs, STs, OBCs and Converted Minorities from them which is a matter of very serious concern.
Finally, the SMP thanked all the Press & Media persons who attended the Press Conference, and also thanked its members, activists & leaders to make this Press Conference a grand success. Prominent amongst those who attended the press-conference were Mr. Dayal Singh, Mr. Dheeraj Thapa, Mr. Ajit Kumar Vashishath, Mr. Hem Raj phonsa, Mr. Des Raj Yadav, Mr. Abid Hussain, Mr. Parshotam Kumar, Dr. Bodh Raj Bawa, Mr. Vijay Attri, Dr. Jeet Raj Bazala, Ms. Madhu Bala, Mr. Sarwan Kumar Kundal, Mr. Bansi Lal Chargotra, Mr. Jai Paul, Ms. Purshotama Kumari, Mr. Ajay Jagotra, Mr. Bharat Bhushan, Mr. Prem Kumar Chowdhery & Mr. Kanwarjeet Sethi.
