Indira Jaising demands disclosure of 3-Member Committee report, copy of the reply of Justice Yashwant Varma and name of the "donor" must be made public as well

Reacting to the press release dated May 8, 2025 issued by the Supreme Court of India, Indira Jaising, the noted jurist said, "The copy of the report must be made public and available to all of us."The press release states that Justice Sanjive Khanna, Chief Justice of India has written to the President of India and the Prime Minister of India enclosing therewith copy of the 3-Member Committee report dated May 3, 2025 along with the letter/response dated May 6, 2025 received from Justice Yashwant Varma. This has been done in terms of the In-House Procedure, the release claimed. 

Citizens Forum for Civil Liberties (CFCL) has demanded disclosure of the reply of Justice Varma in response to the inquiry report as well. The information about the donor, if any, must also be made public. CFCL asked, can there be a recipient of "cash" without a donor?
