"Airtel is simply cheating customers"

Because of constant travel one was facing the problem of having to use a post paid Delhi airtel number. On a visit to Delhi, one paid huge pending bills and submitted the form for cancellation of post paid services of airtel. After making due payments one got a pre-paid sim. This pre-paid never worked but despite the request for cancellation of the post paid sim, it remains operational and now Airtel has started sending post paid bill again. When a cal was made to the customer care from Patna,  the customer care executive informed that the new pre-paid Sim can only be gathered from Delhi. What does this mean?  "THIS COMPANY is TOTALLY FRAUD", they did not disconnected the post paid connection even after filling and submitting the disconnection form months ago.

Indeed "Airtel is simply cheating customers" as has been noted on the web.
