Subject- Fake case against a BLO of Booth no. 5, Arrah constituency, Bhojpur District
Sir,
This is to draw your attention towards a fake case no. 70/14 that has been filed at Bahoranpur O.P., Shahpur Block, Bhojpur District against Shri Alakh Niranjan Pandey alias Shri Shivji Pandey, a panchayat teacher who is the BLO of Booth No. 5 , Arrah constituency, Bhojpur District. The case seems to be aimed at preventing him to function as the BLO at Booth No.5. The letter of appointment to function as BLO is attached.
I am attaching the copies of the complaint letter and the evidence that establishes the non-involvement of Shri Alakh Niranjan Pandey alias Shri Shivji Pandey.
I submit that the BLO in question has falsely been accused although he was not even present when the alleged incident took place of chain snatching and robbing of money happened. He works as teacher in the local govt school. If the attached complaint letter and the attached attendance sheet and the a letter from the Headmaster of the school is read together, it reveals the truth. The perusal of the enclosed documents reveals that the Shri Alakh Niranjan Pandey has falsely been framed in the case.
I submit that his civil rights are threatened due to this fake case.
I am a researcher on issues of civil rights and environmental rights and am running a website www.biharwatch.org. I have been an applicant in Supreme Court, NHRC, parliamentary committees and UN bodies both within India and abroad.
In view of the above mentioned facts of the case, your intervention to examine the case and after due inquiry quash the case pending which all police action be stopped so that he can discharge his duty as the BLO of Booth no. 5.
