Ranvir Sena kills two CPI-ML activists

Two CPI-ML (Liberation) activists were gunned down by suspected Ranvir Sena men in Bihar's Bhojpur district on 12 August.

Tarkeshwar (22) and Dhanesh (25), workers of the CPI-ML, were shot dead by an armed squad of the Ranvir Sena, a banned militia of upper caste land owners, near Kharaon village of the district this evening.

Unidentified Ranvir Sena men ambushed the two when they were on way to their native Bathanitola village from Sahar.

Patrolling has been intensified and contingents of Special Auxiliary Police (SAP) comprising ex-servicemen deployed in the area in view of the tension.
